Use this form to withdraw from your purchase of SnapRDP Pro made on this website. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt with date and time by email.

Good to know

• Deadline: 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. It is sufficient to send your statement before the deadline expires.
• Expiry: If you agreed before paying that we start providing the license key immediately and you have received the key, the right of withdrawal has usually expired (§ 18(1) no. 11 FAGG). We will still review your statement and reply.
• Refund: If the right of withdrawal applies, we refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method. The license key is then deactivated; the free features remain available.
• App Store: Apple is responsible for purchases in the Mac App Store. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Other ways: You can also withdraw by email to noreply@finklham.at, for example using the model withdrawal form.
